一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎患者的临床疗效比较

Disposable root canal treatment and multiple root canal treatment of hidden clinical efficacy of pulpitis crack

目的:比较一次性根管治疗与多次根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床疗效。方法:选择我院口腔科收治的64例隐裂性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行根管治疗,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,其中观察组入选的病例给予一次性根管治疗,对照组入选的病例则给予多次根管治疗,对两组患者治疗后的临床效果进行比较评价。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为96.8%,明显高于对照组患者的78.1%,两组患者在治疗总有效率间的差异可见明显的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管治疗隐裂性牙髓炎的临床疗效优于多次根管治疗,且治疗周期短,应在临床推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy and multiple root canal treatment of cracked pulpitis. Methods Our Hospital Department of Stomatology treated 64 cases of cracked pulpitis patients as the research object, all patients underwent root canal therapy, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group, the observation group was given one-time root canal therapy, the control group were treated with multiple root canal treatment, compared two groups of clinical the treatment effect. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.8%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.1%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of one-time root canal treatment of cracked pulpitis multiple root canal treatment, and the treatment period is short, should be popularized in clinical application.
