MRI诊断膝关节半月板损伤临床研究

Clinical study on MRI diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury

目的:对MRI诊断膝关节半月板损伤临床情况进行研究分析。方法:选取2016年7月—2017年6月在我院接受检查疑似膝关节半月板损伤患者60例,使用MRI诊断方法对患者的膝关节半月板进行检查,并利用关节镜进行检查,对患者的诊断情况进行判断。结果:通过MRI诊断检查与膝关节镜术病理检查,60例患者69个膝关节138个半月板中,检查结果一致的有127个,复合率为92.0%。结论:对膝关节半月板损伤的患者进行诊断,MRI诊断的创伤是比较小的,能够对损伤的位置进行准确的判断,为治疗提供科学的依据,这是一种比较安全有效的检查方法。

Objective To study the clinical situation of MRI diagnosis of knee joint meniscus injury. Methods July 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital for inspection of 60 patients with suspected of knee meniscus injury, MRI diagnosis method using inspection on patients of knee joint meniscus, and the use of arthroscopy for inspection, the diagnosis of patients situation to judge. Results Through MRI diagnosis and the pathological examination of knee arthroscopy, there were 127 patients with 69 knee joint 138 meniscus, and the compound rate was 92.0%. Conclusion The patients of knee joint meniscus injury diagnosis,MRI diagnosis of trauma is relatively small, can carry on the accurate judgment to the damage location and provide scientific basis for treatment, this is a relatively safe and effective inspection method.
