摘要
目的:分析二维结合彩色多普勒超声诊断甲状腺癌的价值。方法:选取80例甲状腺癌患者分别使用二维超声检查与二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声检查。将病理检查结果作为金标准,对比不同检查方式检出率、超声指标。结果:二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声检查检出率远高于二维超声检查(P<0.05);二维超声结合彩色多普勒超声检查动脉收缩期峰值速度、阻力指数远大于二维超声检查(P<0.05),周边声晕、微钙化、低回声、颈部淋巴结检出率远高于二维超声检查(P<0.05)。结论:在诊断甲状腺癌时,建议首先采用二维超声,然后配合彩色多普勒超声,以及时确诊。
Objective To evaluate the value of two-dimensional color doppler sonography in the diagnosis of thyroid cancer. Methods Eighty patients with thyroid cancer were examined by two-dimensional ultrasonography combined with two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasonography respectively. The pathological examination results as the gold standard, comparing the detection rate of different detection methods, ultrasound.Results The detection rate of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler ultrasonography was much higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05). The peak systolic velocity of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with color Doppler was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05). Peripheral dizziness, microcalcification, hypoechoicity and detection of cervical lymph nodes were much higher than those by two-dimensional ultrasonography(P<0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of thyroid cancer, it is recommended to use twodimensional ultrasound first, and then cooperate with color Doppler ultrasound, and timely diagnosis.
