彩超对分化型甲状腺癌颈淋巴转移中的诊断影响

目的:研究彩超对分化型甲状腺癌颈淋巴转移中的诊断价值。方法:本次研究选取的研究对象为2016年9月10日—2017年9月10日期间在我院进行治疗的疑似分化型甲状腺癌颈淋巴转移患者,110例患者均接受彩超检查,之后均进行颈淋巴结改良型清扫术,将术后病理检查结果作为金标准。对彩超的诊断结果、转移淋巴结的分布情况进行统计观察。结果:以术后病理检查结果为对照,彩超的诊断符合率为94.23%,对比数据相差不大(P>0.05);彩超结果显示阳性和阴性患者的转移淋巴结分布情况对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:在术前使用彩超诊断分化型甲状腺癌患者,对于颈淋巴转移情况的检出具有较高的诊断准确率,可为手术提供清晰、可靠的淋巴结清扫范围,临床诊断价值高。

Objective To study the colour to exceed to differentiated thyroid cancer transfer analysis of diagnostic value.Methods This study selected the object of study for September 10, 2016—2016 treated in our hospital during the period of September 10 suspected patients with differentiated thyroid cancer was transferred, 110 patients were examined by colour to exceed, after all were performed with was improved, as the gold standard in the postoperative pathological findings.The diagnostic results of colour to exceed, metastasis of lymph node distribution of statistical investigation. Results Compared with postoperative pathological examination results, the diagnostic accordance rate of colour to exceed 94.23%, comparing data were similar(P > 0.05);Colour to exceed results show that the positive and negative transfer in patients with lymph node distribution contrast difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The preoperative use of colour to exceed diagnose patients with differentiated thyroid cancer, to analysis transfer case detection has high diagnostic accuracy, the lymph node can provide clear and reliable for operation scope, high clinical diagnostic value.
