3.0T动态增强MRI在前列腺癌诊断中的价值评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的:对3.0T动态增强MRI在前列腺诊断中的应用价值进行分析和讨论。方法:本次50例研究对象均为我院2017年2月—2017年12月接收的前列腺患者,给予所有患者常规MRI和3.0T动态增强MRI检查,对前列腺恶性病变和良性病变早期强化率、开始时间以及最大信号强度进行比较。结果:前列腺癌患者的开始时间、最大信号强度、早期强化率与前列腺增生患者存在显著差异,统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:3.0T动态增强MRI在前列腺诊断方面具有良好的针效果,其能够清楚地显示出前列腺增生和前列腺癌,同常规的MRI相比检查结果更为准确。
