腰椎椎间孔镜手术治疗伴神经根管狭窄的腰椎椎间盘突出症分析

摘要 目的:分析腰椎椎间孔镜手术治疗伴神经根管狭窄的腰椎椎间盘突出症。方法:随机抽取2016年度在本院接受治疗的30例伴神经根管狭窄的腰椎间盘突出患者作为研究对象,所有患者均实施腰椎椎间孔镜手术,观察治疗效果。结果:手术前VAS评分为(5.25±0.52)分,手术后VAS评分为(0.52±0.11),差异具有统计学差异(P<0.05);术前腿疼VAS评分为(7.26±0.32)分,术后评分为(0.23±0.12),患者手术前后平均腿疼VAS评分差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后有93.33%患者改良Macnab评定为优,剩下6.67%为良,由此可知,本次研究改良Macnab评定优良率达到100%,证明治疗效果显著;患者治疗后躯体疼痛、肢体功能、社会认知以及精神健康均明显得到改善,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:利用腰椎椎间孔镜手术为半神经根管狭窄腰椎间盘突出患者进行治疗,效果明显,可有效缓解黄韧带以及腰椎间盘带来的压力,神经根管得到扩大,患者痊愈速度更快。
