踝关节镜下微骨折手术治疗距骨骨软骨损伤的临床效果分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的:总结并归纳踝关节镜下微骨折手术治疗距骨骨软骨损伤的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年10月—2017年10月,在我院治疗的98例距骨骨软骨损伤患者,随机分为两组,研究组和对照组各49例,对照组使用常规开放手术治疗,研究组采用踝关节镜下微骨折手术治疗,具体比较两组踝关节功能与疼痛评分。结果:两组患者术后关节功能与疼痛状况与术前相比均得到显著改善,且研究组优于对照组,两者之间P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在治疗距骨骨软骨损伤时踝关节镜下微骨折手术具有更好的治疗效果,值得推广应用。
