摘要
目的:了解青海40例B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患儿常见融合基因的检出情况,为儿童B-ALL诊疗提供临床治疗危险度评估资料。方法:选择青海省妇女儿童医院2014-2017年住院的B-ALL患儿共40例为研究对象,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应方法进行急性白血病常见43种融合基因检测。用SPSS20.0统计阳性率。结果:40例儿童ALL中,13例检测出融合基因阳性,阳性率为32.4%,其中TEL/AML1阳性4例,检出MLL/ENL1例、ETV6/RUNX1、TCF3/PBX1融合基因各1例。结论:青海40例B-ALL患儿常见融合基因为TEL/AML1、E2A/PBXI和BCR/ABL,其中TEL/AML1、E2A/PBXI融合基因检出率较高。
Objective To investigate the detection of common fusion genes in 40 patients with b-all leukemia(b-all) in Qinghai province, and to provide clinical treatment of risk assessment for children b-all diagnosis and treatment.Methods The real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction method was performed in the b-all 40 patients hospitalized in Qinghai province women and children hospital from 2014 to 2017.Use SPSS20.0 to statistic positive rate.Results Among the 40 children ALL, 13 of them tested positive for fusion gene, with a positive rate of 32.4%, including 4 cases of TEL/AML1, and 1 case of MLL/ENL1, ETV6/RUNX1, TCF3/PBX1 fusion gene.Conclusion The common fusion genes of 40 cases of b-all in Qinghai are TEL/AML1, E2A/PBXI and BCR/ABL, and the detection rate of TEL/AML1, E2A/PBXI fusion gene is high.
