乳腺影像报告和数据系统(BI-RADS)属于涵盖乳腺超声、X线、核磁共振解读报告的标准化系统。超声BI-RADS的应用,促进了影像学检查报告的标准化,近年来在乳腺肿物的诊断与鉴别诊断中都起到重要的作用。本篇对超声BI-RADS的分类、标准以及临床上的应用进行综述,探讨该技术当前存在的局限性,旨在为其应用和发展提供参考。

The breast imaging report and the data system(bi-rads) are standardized systems that cover ultrasound,X-ray, and mri reports of the breast. The application of ultrasound bi-rads has promoted the standardization of imaging examination report, and has played an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of breast masses in recent years. This paper reviews the classification, standard and clinical application of ultrasonic bi-rads, and discusses the limitations of the current technology, aiming at providing reference for its application and development.
