摘要
目的:探究高频超声、超声造影及超声弹性检查甲状旁腺的影像特征。方法:选取本院于2016年1月—2017年11月182例健康体检者作为研究对象并予以常规高频超声,其中选取30例健康者予以超声造影和超声弹性检查,并对健康者的甲状旁腺的影像特征进行分析总结。结果:所有健康体检者中检出113例甲状旁腺(62.09%),共显示214枚,包括62枚下甲状旁腺(28.97%)、152枚上甲状旁腺(71.03%);超声造影表现为造影剂持续灌注的增强时长为(5.63±2.63)s,且为整体性均匀增强,轮廓十分清晰,同周围甲状腺实质间对比呈等增强;超声弹性图像颜色为淡蓝色,甲状旁腺的平均弹性值为(15.68±2.36)k Pa,周围甲状腺弹性值为25.26~38.65k Pa,平均(28.34±2.43)k Pa,显示甲状旁腺质地比周围甲状旁腺实质更软,甲状旁腺比周围甲状腺弹性值对比,组间对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:高频超声、超声造影及超声弹性检查能够清晰地将正常甲状旁腺的影像特征显现出来,超声造影显示均匀等灌注,超声弹性显示甲状旁腺的质地更软。
Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of parathyroid gland by high-frequency ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasonography. Methods From January 2016 to November 2017, 182 healthy subjects in our hospital were selected as the subjects. They were given conventional high-frequency ultrasound. Among them, 30 healthy subjects were examined by ultrasound and ultrasound elastography, and the imaging features of the parathyroid glands of healthy people were analyzed. Results A total of 113 parathyroid glands(62.09%) were detected in all healthy subjects,including 214 cases, including 62 cases of lower parathyroid glands(28.97%) and 152 cases of parathyroid glands(71.03%).The duration of contrast-enhanced continuous perfusion was(5.63±2.63)s, which was uniformly increased for the whole body. The contour was clear and the contrast with the surrounding thyroid parenchyma was equal. The color of ultrasound elastography was light blue and the average of parathyroid The elastic value was(15.68±2.36)kPa, the surrounding thyroid elasticity was 25.26 ~ 38.65 kPa, and the average was(28.34±2.43)kPa, which showed that the parathyroid gland was softer than the surrounding parathyroid parenchyma, In contrast, the comparison between groups was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion High-frequency ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ultrasonography can clearly show the imaging features of normal parathyroid glands. Ultrasound shows uniform perfusion. Ultrasound shows that the parathyroid gland is softer.
