不同体位固定技术在腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的应用

Application of different fixation techniques in patients with radiotherapy of abdominal tumor

目的:探讨不同体位固定技术在腹部肿瘤放射治疗中的效果。方法:选取我院收治50例腹部肿瘤放射治疗的患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,各25例。对照组采用常规固定技术治疗,研究组采用热塑体膜体位固定技术治疗,分析两组在不同位置上的摆放误差。结果:研究组患者在头脚方向、左右方向与前后方向的体位摆放误差与对照组相比,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:热塑体膜固定技术在腹部肿瘤放疗可提高放疗的精确度。

Objective To explore the effect of different fixation techniques in patients with radiotherapy of abdominal tumor. Methods Selected 50 cases patients with abdominal tumor radiotherapy from our hospital were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, each with 25 cases. The control group was treated with conventional fixation technique, and the study group was treated with thermoplastic sheets technique. To analyze the placement errors of the two groups in different positions. Results The patients in the study group were compared with the control group in the direction of the head, left and right, and the front and back direction of the position, and there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Thermoplastic sheets technique can improve the accuracy of radiotherapy for abdominal tumor radiotherapy.
