摘要
目的:探讨脑电图在脑肿瘤患者中的应用价值及意义。方法:研究对象共有80例,均是本院2016年5月—2017年10月所接收的脑肿瘤患者。本次研究所选选取80例患者所接收的检查方法均为脑电图检查。此次研究检查中所使用的脑电图机位八道脑电图机按10/20电极法来进行单极、双极导联描记,部分再进行过度换气、闪光、睡眠等诱发试验。结果:在本次研究所选取的80例患者接受的30min脑电图,而这80例患者中共有60例患者存在局灶异常现象,其主要以肿瘤灶周围以局限性的o波为主的临床表现。而其中又有54例患者的异常脑电图为脑膜瘤,4例患者的异常脑电图为星形胶质细胞瘤,2例患者的异常脑电图为转移瘤。剩余的20例患者检查所显示出的是弥漫性异常脑电图。基本频率不规划或慢化为此类异常脑电图的临床表现。结论:脑电图检查仅是一项辅助检查,若要作为脑肿瘤疾病的临床治疗的科学依据,医务人员还应结合神经病理学检查、脑血管造影等来进行证实。
Objective To explore the value and significance of electroencephalogram(EEG) in the patients with brain tumor. Methods The subjects were 80 patients with brain tumors received from May 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital. The examination of 80 patients selected by this study was electroencephalogram. The electroencephalogram electroencephalogram(EEG) and electroencephalogram(EEG) used in the study were unipolar and bipolar lead tracing by 10/20 electrode method, and then some hyperventilation, flicker, sleep and other induced tests were performed again. Eight. Results The 30 min electroencephalogram(EEG) of 80 patients was selected in this study, and there were 60 cases of 80 cases with focal abnormalities. The main clinical manifestations were localized o waves around the tumor. Among them, 54 patients had abnormal EEG as meningioma, 4 patients had abnormal EEG, and 2 patients had abnormal electroencephalogram. The remaining 20 patients showed a diffuse abnormal electroencephalogram(eg). The basic frequency is not planned or slowed down to be the clinical manifestation of such abnormal electroencephalogram. Conclusion EEG is only a supplementary examination. If we want to be a scientific basis for clinical treatment of brain tumor, medical personnel should also be confirmed by neuropathological examination and cerebral angiography.
