经阴道彩超诊断早期未破裂型宫外孕的临床应用价值

The clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of unruptured ectopic pregnancy

目的:实验研究在早期未破裂型宫外孕诊断中应用经阴道彩超的价值。方法:将本院2016年8月—2017年8月收治的早期未破裂型宫外孕患者84例,作为实验研究的对象,利用随机法将84例患者,分成两组,实验组和对照组,各42例。对照组患者采用传统影像学检查手段进行检查,实验组患者行经阴道彩超进行检查,比较两组患者的检查效果。结果:实验组患者的检查准确率显著高于对照组,超过80%,误诊的概率显著降低,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与传统的检查手段相比,行经阴道彩超诊断的效果更佳,可显著降低误诊的概率,为患者提供准确的治疗依据,有实际的应用价值。

Objective To study the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of early unruptured ectopic pregnancy. Methods 84 cases of early unruptured ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the subjects of the experimental study. 84 patients were divided into two groups by random method: the experimental group and the control group, 42 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were examined by traditional imaging examination, and the patients in the experimental group were examined by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results The accuracy rate of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the probability of misdiagnosis was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Compared with traditional examination methods, transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound has a better diagnostic effect, which can significantly reduce the probability of misdiagnosis, provide accurate treatment basis for patients, and has practical application value.
