PCT对于胎膜早破患者出现宫内感染的预测价值

The value of PCT detection in serum of patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes to predict intrauterine infections

目的:观察PCT对于胎膜早破患者出现宫内感染的预测价值。方法:选取我院收治的78例行剖宫产分娩的孕妇,分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例,观察两组患者的病理学检测结果,比较两组孕妇的PCT检测水平。结果:观察组患者绒毛膜羊膜炎的阳性率明显高于对照组,且PCT水平也高于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :PCT水平检测对于胎膜早破患者宫内感染的诊疗具有较高的参考价值。

Objective To explorer the effect of PCT detection in serum of patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes to predict intrauterine infections. Methods Totals of 78 patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. Results of levels of PCT and pathological detection were recorded and statistical analyzed. Results There was significant differences in the level of PCT and positive rate of chorioamnionitis between two groups. Conclusion There was an important value in application of PCT detecting level in serum of patients with premature rupture of fetal membranes to predict intrauterine infections
