乳腺钙化在乳腺钼靶诊断中的临床价值分析

Analysis of clinical value of mammary calcification in diagnosis of mammography

目的:分析研讨乳腺钙化在乳腺钼靶诊断中的临床价值。方法:随机从我院2011年2月至2017年4月期间收治的乳腺病变患者中抽取52例纳入到讨论中,接受乳腺钼靶检查,均存在钙化状况,并依据其病变性质分恶性组(25例)和良性组(27例),比较分析两组患者钙化状况、密度、大小、分布等。结果:良性组中27例患者钙化灶特征为:9例粗大颗粒状钙化(33.33%),6例蛋壳状空心钙化灶(22.22%),7例爆米花样钙化者(25.93%),5例环钙化(18.52%);恶性组中25例患者钙化灶特征为:7例颗粒状(28.00%),5例针尖状钙化(20.00%),13例簇状分布(52.00%)。良性组和恶性组钙化数目、密度、大小比较,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施乳腺钼靶检查时,分析乳腺钙化灶,可区分病变恶性、良性,提高临床诊断和鉴别准确率,值得应用。

Objective Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical value of mammary calcification in diagnosis of mammography.. Methods Methods 52 cases of patients with breast disease and who treated in our hospital from February,2011 to April,2017 were randomly selected and were included in the discussion.And were received the mammography examination,and there was calcification in all cases.And were divided into malignant group(25 cases) and benign group(27 cases) according to its pathological characteristics.Then,the calcium status, density, size, distribution, and so on of two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. s of patients were compared and analyzed. Results Results In the benign group, 27 cases of patients with calcification were characterized by:there were 9 cases of coarse granular calcification(33.33%), 6 cases of eggshell hollow calcification(22.22%), 7 cases of popcorn calcification(25.93%), and 5 cases of ring calcification(18.52%).In the malignant group, 25 cases of patients with calcification were characterized by:there were 7 cases of granular(28%), 5 cases of acicular calcification(20%), and 13 cluster distribution(52%).The number, density and size of calcification were compared between the benign group and malignant group,and the difference of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusionn The implementation of mammography examination,the analysis of mammary calcification which can distinguish the malignant and benign lesions, and improve the clinical diagnosis and the accuracy of differential diagnosis,thus it is worth applying.
