透明质酸钠凝胶运用于人工流产术后预防宫腔粘连效果分析

目的:探讨透明质酸钠凝胶运用于人工流产术后预防宫腔粘连效果。方法 :选取在我科行人工流产术患者225例,按患者是否使用透明质酸钠凝胶分为对照组和观察组,对照组88例,术后常规助子宫收缩及预防感染,观察组137例,术后宫腔内注射透明质酸钠凝胶,余治疗同对照组。对比两组患者术后相关情况。结果:观察组阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间明显早于对照组,观察组术后宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组其他并发症与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在人工流产术后使用透明质酸钠凝胶,可有效预防宫腔粘连,保护子宫内膜,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
