不孕症子宫输卵管超声造影四维图像与频谱形态相关性分析

Correlation analysis of four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and spectrum in infertility

目的:观察经阴道子宫输卵管超声造影四维图像与频谱形态间关系,以期为评估输卵管通畅性提供更全影像学依据。方法:回顾性分析30例不孕症患者输卵管造影图像与频谱频移图形。结果:纳入研究58条输卵管其中通畅36条(62%);通而不畅17条(29%);不通畅5条(9%)。频谱观察中I型频谱40例;Ⅱ频谱12例;Ⅲ型频谱6例。两者间皮尔逊相关系数为10.1(P=0.039),有统计相关性。结论:子宫输卵管超声造影检查中四维图像结合频谱测量,有助于全面综合判断通畅性,提高检查结论准确性及客观性。

Objectivejective To observe the relationship about four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and spectrum andin infertility,in order to provide a more complete evidence for evaluation patency of fallopian tube.Methods Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of infertility patients with four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography, and spectrum.sonography, and spectrum.Result Result The study included 58 fallopian tubes,36(62%)oviducts were unobstructed,17(29%)were partially passable,and 5(9%)were obstrucred.The spectrum I were observed in 40 cases;12 cases of II spectrum 6 cases of type III spectrum.The Pierson correlation coefficient was 10.1(P=0.039),with statistical correlation. h statistical correlation. Conclusion Conclusion The order to recommend the patency of fallopian tube:four-dimensional imaging and spectrum.It is helpful for improving the accuracy and objectivity of the patency.
