低剂量下肢静脉CT造影在下肢静脉血栓中的应用效果

目的:探讨低剂量下肢静脉CT造影在下肢静脉血栓中的应用效果;方法:DVT患者23例,行CTV及DSA检测,对比分析两者的一致性、辐射剂量,不良反应;结果:CTV与DSA在检测DVT具有高度一致性(Kappa=0.96),CTV与DSA的图片质量,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。CTV在辐射剂量、不良反应方面明显优于DSA,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CTV对DVT与金标准DSA具有较高的一致性,可作为怀疑下肢DVT首选影像学检查。
