心脏超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭的分析

高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭,是由患者高血压为主要病因产生的心脏器质性病变,严重时患者的左室出现肥厚、心房增大、心室重构。高血压左室肥厚导致左心力衰竭发病率高,占0.4%,且患者患病后死亡率高,因此受到拎出的广泛关注。高血压作为我国非常常见的内分泌疾病,患病人数多,并发症复杂,临床需对高血压左室肥厚患者尽早确诊,才能减少左心力衰竭的发病率,改善患者预后。临床主要通过实验室检查确认患者是否出现心肌受损,通过心电图观察患者心室、心房传导功能,但对患者左室肥厚的诊断价值较低。心脏超声作为新的影像学诊断技术,在临床上应用较高,现对心脏超声对高血压左室肥厚伴作心力衰竭的影像学诊断进展进行分析,现报告如下。
