探讨多层螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎临床价值

To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing acute appendicitis

目的:研究多层螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月至2017年9月来我院治疗急性阑尾炎的患者127例,对收治的患者行16层螺旋CT检查及超声检查,并将检查结果与手术病理检查结果相比较,分析多层螺旋CT诊断急性阑尾炎的临床价值。结果:本次研究中127例患者中,有8例患者为坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎,经超声确诊的有8例,经CT确诊的有8例。单纯急性阑尾炎13例,其中经超声确诊8例,其中经CT确诊11例。阑尾周围性脓肿10例,经超声诊断确诊7例,经CT诊断确诊9例。化脓性急性阑尾炎23例,经超声确诊22例,经CT检查确诊23例。结论:多层螺旋CT在诊断阑尾炎及判定阑尾炎症程度都有着重要作用,有利于与其他急腹症相鉴别,对临床上选择合适的治疗方式提供相应的依据。

Objective To study the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosing acute appendicitis. Methods To choose between January 2016 and September 2017 to our hospital for the treatment of acute appendicitis patients 127 cases, patients were treated with line 16 layers spiral CT examination and ultrasonic inspection, and will check the result compared with surgical pathologic examination results, analysis the clinical value of multislice CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Results Of the 127 patients in this study, 8 patients had gangrene perforative appendicitis, 8 cases were confirmed by ultrasonography, and 8 were confirmed by CT. There were 13 cases of acute appendicitis, of which 8 were confirmed by ultrasonography, among which 11 were confirmed by CT. There were 10 cases of periappendiceal abscess,7 cases diagnosed by ultrasonography, and 9 cases diagnosed by CT. There were 23 cases of acute appendicitis with suppurative acute appendicitis, 22 cases were confirmed by ultrasonography, and 23 were confirmed by CT. Conclusion Multislice CT in the diagnosis of appendicitis and determine the appendix inflammation plays an important role, is helpful to identify with other acute abdominal disease, to choose the appropriate clinical treatment to provide corresponding basis.
