乳腺的超声分型与体质指数在乳腺病变筛查中的价值分析

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺的超声分型与体质指数在乳腺病变筛查中的价值。方法:选取2013年2月—2017年2月于我院行乳腺超声检查2000例女性,将乳腺声像图分为4型:腺纤维I型、腺纤维II型、腺体型、脂肪型。比较其与体质指数(BMI)和乳腺癌的相关性。结果:乳腺超声分型和BMI指数有相关性(P<0.05)。乳腺癌主要集中于BMI过重组。乳腺癌病变最多见于脂肪型。结论:乳腺超声分型和BMI相关,超声分型、MBI指数均对于乳腺癌高危人群筛查有重要意义。 Objective To explore the value of ultrasonic classification of breast and body mass index[BMI] in screening of breast lesions.Methods A total of 2000 women who underwent breast ultrasound examination in our hospital from February 2013 to February ~2017 were selected and divided into 4 types: adenoid I, adenoid II, adenoid and adipose tissue. The correlation between the body mass index(BMI) and breast cancer was compared. Result There was a correlation between breast ultrasound typing and BMI index(P<0.05). Breast cancer is mainly concentrated in BMI over reconfiguration.The most pathological changes in breast cancer are found in the fatty type. Conclusion The ultrasound classification of breast is associated with BMI, and the ultrasound classification and MBI index are important for screening the high risk population of breast cancer.
