MRI成像对女性盆腔疾病的诊断价值探讨

The value of MRI imaging in the diagnosis of female pelvic diseases

目的:本文主要探究女性盆腔疾病诊断中MRI成像的应用价值,分析MRI成像在女性盆腔疾病的诊断效果,望能为女性盆腔疾病的治疗提供参考。方法:在2016年11月15日至2017年11月20日我院进行检查的盆腔疾病患者中盲选40例纳入本次研究,对40例患者的影像学表现进行回顾性分析,将其与临床手术结果、病理展开对比。结果:在本次研究中,除了1例患者并未明确显示宫颈原位癌之外,其他患者肿瘤显示良好,在术前能够准确了解肿瘤大小、部位以及邻近结构关系。在MRI信号表现中,子宫肌瘤、畸胎瘤、宫颈癌、巧克力囊肿以及卵巢囊腺癌均具有特征性,患者手术符合率达100%,部分卵巢囊实性肿块定位困难。结论:女性盆腔疾病诊断应用MRI成像所得出的诊断结果 ,与盆腔疾病病理结果较为符合,检查符合率较高,具有很高的应用价值,可在临床上推广。

Objective This article mainly explores the application value of MRI imaging in the diagnosis of female pelvic diseases,analyzes the diagnostic effect of MRI imaging in female pelvic diseases,and provides reference for the treatment of female pelvic diseases.Methods From November 15,2016 to November 20,2017 were examined in our hospital in patients with pelvic disease blind 40 patients enrolled in this study,40 cases of imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical and surgical results and comparative pathology.Results In this study,in addition to 1 patients who did not clearly show cervical cancer in situ,the other patients showed good tumor and could accurately know the size and location of tumor and the relationship between adjacent structures before operation.In the expression of MRI,uterine fibroids,teratoma,cervical cancer,chocolate cyst and ovarian cystadenocarcinoma all have characteristics.The coincidence rate of operation is 100%,and some ovarian cystic masses are difficult to locate.Conclusion The application of MRI imaging in diagnosis of female pelvic diseases, and more in line with the pelvic disease pathology results,the coincidence rate is higher,and has high application value,can be applied in clinic.
