微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎64例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎64例的效果。方法:选取我院2016年4月至2017年6月间收治的64例轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者,将其按照1:1比例随机分为研究组和对照组各32例,对照组采用美沙拉嗪治疗,研究组则采用微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪治疗方式,观察对比两组患者C反应蛋白(CRP)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)水平,总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组患者CRP水平、ESR水平均高于对照组,对比差异显著(P<0.01),研究组患者总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(65.63%),差异显著(P<0.05),研究组患者不良反应发生率(9.38%)低于对照组(37.50%),两组患者对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微生态制剂联合美沙拉嗪治疗轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者取得了显著效果,有效缓解患者症状,减少不良反应发生率,改善患者病情,值得提倡。 Objective To study the effect of microecological agents combined with mesalazine in the treatment of 64 cases of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods 64 cases of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2017 were selected, It was randomly divided into 32 cases of the study group and the control group according to the 1:1 ratio. The control group was treated with mesalazine, and the study group was treated with microecological agents and mesalazine. The levels of C reactive protein(CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The level of CRP and ESR of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group. Significant contrast difference(P<0.01),The total effective rate of the patients in the study group(93.75%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(65.63%). Significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of ADR in the study group(9.38%) was lower than that of the control group(37.50%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of microecological agents combined with mesalazine in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis is significant. It can effectively relieve the symptoms of the patients and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worth advocating to improve the patient's condition.
