摘要
目的:探讨320排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的对比剂剂量。方法:选择2016年11月—2017年11月期间我院收治的疑似冠状动脉病变患者100例为研究对象,依据对比剂用量的不同分为三组,A组对比剂用量为0.5ml/kg,共30例,B组对比剂用量为0.6ml/kg,共34例,C组对比剂用量为0.7ml/kg,共36例,对比三组实施冠状动脉CT成像诊断情况。结果:A组的CT值低于B组和C组的CT值,B组的CT值高于C组的CT值,统计学有意义(P<0.05)。结论:320排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的对比剂的最佳剂量为0.6ml/kg,推注的最佳浓度控制为350mg I/ml,此时,320排螺旋CT冠状动脉成像的诊断准确率最高,值得应用。
Objective To explore the contrast dose of the 320 spiral CT coronary angiography. Methods In November 2016-November 2017 our hospital during the period of 100 patients with suspected coronary artery disease as the research object, on the basis of contrast medium dosage is divided into three groups, group A contrast agent was 0.5 ml/kg, A total of 30 cases, group B contrast agent was 0.6 ml/kg, A total of 34 cases, the contrast agent is 0.7 ml/kg, A total of 36 patients,comparing three groups to implement coronary CT imaging diagnosis. Results The CT value detected by group A was lower than the CT value detected by group B and group A, and the CT value detected by group B was lower than the CT value detected by group A, and the image quality group B was better than that of group A and group C. Conclusion 320 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging contrast agent the best dose of 0.6 ml/kg, push the optimal concentration control injection of 350 mgi/ml, at this point, the 320 row spiral CT coronary artery imaging diagnosis of the highest accuracy, is worthy of application.
