X线、CT和MRI在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断

Diagnosis of sacroiliac joint lesions in early ankylosing spondylitis by X-ray.CT and MRI

目的:对X线、CT和MRI在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断中的应用效果进行分析和讨论。方法:将我院2016年9月—2017年8月接收的早期强直性骶髂关节疾病患者60例纳入到本次研究中,分别采用X线、CT以及MRI进行检查,对三种检查检出率和分级检出结果进行比较。结果:MRI、CT以及X线检出率分别为96.67%、80%和66.67%,通过比较可知,MRI检出率显著高于CT和X线,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05);在0级检出率方面,MRI显著高于CT和X线,差异显著统计学意义(P<0.05);在Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级方面,MRI和CT检出率显著高于X线,差异统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论:在早期强直性脊柱炎骶髂关节病变诊断中,MRI、CT以及X线均具有较高的应用价值,但是同CT和X线相比,MRI的诊断价值更高。

Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of X-ray, CT and MRI in the diagnosis of sacroiliac joint lesions of early ankylosing spondylitis. Methods 60 cases of early ankylosing sacroiliac joint disease in our hospital from September 2016 to August-2017 were included in the study. X ray, CT and MRI were used for the examination, respectively, and the detection rates of three kinds of examinations were compared with those of the grading tests. Results Of MRI, CT and X-ray detection rates were 96.67%, 80% and 66.67%, by comparison, the detection rate of MRI was significantly higher than that of CT and X-ray, was statistically significant difference(P<0.05); in the 0 detection rate, CT and MRI were significantly higher than that of X-ray, statistically significant difference(P<0.05) in grade I and grade; second, the detection rate of MRI and CT were significantly higher than that of X-ray, was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion In the early diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and sacroiliac joint diseases, MRI, CT and X-ray have high application value, but compared with CT and X-ray, MRI has higher diagnostic value.
