彩超和钼靶X线在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究彩超和钼靶X线在乳腺肿块诊断中的应用。方法:选择2015年8月—2017年8月医院门诊查体的乳腺肿块患者84例,分别采用彩超、钼靶X线、二者联合的方法检查诊断,分别记为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组。对比三组检查结果的检出率。结果:Ⅰ组检出率为80.95%,Ⅱ组检出率为83.33%,二者相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。Ⅲ组检出率为95.24%,高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,三者相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺肿块的临床诊断中,彩超和钼靶X线的检查方法,均可发挥一定作用,将二者联合使用,能够进一步提高乳腺肿块的检出率和确诊率,具有较高的临床应用价值。
