超声甲状腺影像报告与数据系统及超声弹性成像对甲状腺微小癌的诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨超声甲状腺影像报告与数据系统(TI-RADS)及超声弹性成像对甲状腺微小癌的诊断价值。方法 :选取2016年10月至2017年10月这一阶段在我院治疗的100例患者(109个甲状腺微小结节)作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(47例)和研究组(53例),研究组采用超声甲状腺影像报告与数据系统及超声弹性成像进行诊断,对照组采用TI-RADS进行诊断,比较两组的诊断效能和诊断准确性。结果:研究组诊断敏感度为93.05%,特异度为93.74%,准确度为88.67%,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将TI-RADS和超声弹性成像进行联合应用有助于提高甲状腺微小癌的诊断水平。
