摘要
目的:探讨超声对肾结核检出的诊断符合率。方法:回顾分析在我科行超声检查的29例肾结核患者。结果:声像图直接提示诊断肾结核者5例(18.7%),提示结核可疑者8例(31.3%)。结论:肾结核干酪样坏死较稀薄者可表现为无回声,酷似肾积水或囊性病变;较浓稠者表现为低回声;而年久失水浓稠者表现为强回声类似肾结石。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic coincidence of ultrasonography in diagnosis of renal tuberculosis and analyze the results of sonographic examination in 29 cases of renal tuberculosis patients. The thicker person exhibits a low echo; However, those with chronic water loss showed strong echoes similar to kidney stones.
