莫迪司在肝脏占位病变诊断中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:利用肝特异性造影剂莫迪司(钆贝葡胺,GD-BOPTA)动态增强扫描及延迟肝胆期的特异性表现,探讨莫迪司在肝脏占位病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取超声或CT发现肝脏占位(不能明确诊断)的患者60例,再行磁共振平扫+莫迪司动态增强+肝胆期(90~120min)扫描,对图像进行分析并追踪所有病例的手术病理结果,以评估莫迪司增强肝脏占位病变诊断的意义。结果:肝特异性造影剂莫迪司增强检出原发性肝细胞癌26例,肝细胞腺瘤12例,肝局灶性结节增生16例,胆管细胞癌6例,与手术病理结果对照,准确率高达96.7%。结论:莫迪司可提高肝癌(HCC)诊断的准确度,能有效鉴别肝脏局灶性结节增生(FNH)与腺瘤,对肝脏占位病变的诊断有重要价值。 Objective The application of liver contrast agent Multihance(GD-BOPTA) in the diagnosis of liver lesions was studied by dynamically enhancing the scanning and delayed hepatobiliary phase. Methods In 60 patients with liver lesions(not clearly diagnosed) which using ultrasound or CT,go MRI plain sacn and multihance dynamic enhancement and hepatic biliary phase(90~120 min), the image was analyzed and the surgical and pathological results of all cases were followed to assess the diagnostic significance of Motis-enhanced liver occupying lesions. Results There were 26 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma, 12 cases of hepatocellular adenoma, 16 cases of hepatic focal nodule hyperplasia and 6 cases of bile duct cell carcinoma by Multihance, Comparison with surgical pathology 96.7 % accurate. Conclusion Multihance can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of liver cancer(HCC),effective identification of focal nodular hyperplasia(FNH) and adenoma of the liver and it is of great value in the diagnosis of liver lesions.
