超声诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的进展分析

The progress of ultrasonic diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer

乳腺癌为女性群体中一种较为常见的恶性肿瘤,通过诊断腋窝淋巴结转移情况,能辅助乳腺癌临床治疗。常规超声能从血流分布及淋巴结形态上对其良恶性加以判断,敏感度低,特异度高。经静脉CEUS与弹性成像技术,能获得微血管灌注情况及淋巴结硬度,对诊断转移性淋巴结有较高的灵敏度。本次研究针对超声诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的进展作一综述。

Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor in the female population, and it can assist in the clinical treatment of breast cancer by the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis. Conventional ultrasonography can be judged from the distribution of blood flow and the morphology of lymph nodes. Microvascular perfusion and lymph node hardness were obtained by intravenous CEUS and elastography. In this study, we reviewed the progress of ultrasonic diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis.
