摘要
目的:探讨超声引导下甲状腺结节微波消融治疗的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用南京亿高产ECO-100型微波治疗仪对26例(43个结节)甲状腺结节患者,进行微波消融治疗,术后用彩超观察结节大小变化、血供情况及甲状腺、甲状旁腺功能。结果:微波消融术后彩超显示结节全部丧失血供,体积较消融前不同程度缩小,甲状腺功能全部正常,术中术后无严重并发症发生。结论:超声引导下甲状腺高风险结节微波消融治疗安全性高,创伤小,并发症小,恢复快,不留疤痕,疗效确切,避免癌变风险,是临床治疗甲状腺结节的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound guided microwave ablation of thyroid nodules. Methods 26 patients(43 nodule) with thyroid nodules were treated with Nanjing Yi high yield ECO-100 microwave ablation apparatus. The changes of nodule size, blood supply, thyroid and parathyroid function were observed by color Doppler ultrasonography after operation. Results After microwave ablation, all the nodules lost their blood supply, the volume of the nodules was reduced to different degrees than before ablation, and the thyroid function was normal. Conclusion Ultrasound guided microwave ablation of thyroid nodule is safe, less trauma, less complication, faster recovery, no scar, better curative effect and avoid the risk of canceration. It is an effective method for the treatment of thyroid nodule.
