分析16排螺旋CT在胸部外伤诊断中的应用效果

Analysis of 16-Slice Spiral CT in The Diagnosis of Chest Trauma

目的:对16排螺旋CT在胸部外伤诊断中的应用效果进行探讨。方法:研究参与对象为50例胸部外伤患者,均为我院2013年10月至2017年10月收治。50例患者均应用16排螺旋CT进行诊断、同时实施X线检查,观察和分析患者的两种诊断的结果。结果:X线检查的诊断率与16排螺旋CT诊断率相比较低,差异显示P<0.05,有统计学意义。16排螺旋CT检查显示,50例患者诊断显示38例患者存在肋骨骨折,占76%;12例存在锁骨骨折,占24%;10例患者存在肩胛骨骨折,占20%;9例患者存在胸椎骨折,占18%;3例患者存在胸骨骨折,占6%。肋骨骨折患者多近腋缘位置,集中在第4~7肋骨。结论:应用16排螺旋CT对胸部外伤患者实施诊断,具有较高的精确性,应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of 16-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of chest trauma. Methods Participants were studied in 50 cases of chest trauma patients, all from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital. Fifty patients were diagnosed by 16-slice spiral CT, and the results of the diagnosis were observed and analyzed. Results The diagnostic rate of X-ray examination was lower than that of 16 row spiral CT, and the difference showed P<0.05, which was statistically significant. 16 rows of spiral CT showed that 50 cases of patients showed 38 cases of rib fracture, accounting for 76%. 12 cases had clavicle fracture, accounting for 24%, 10 cases had scapular fracture, accounting for 20%. There were 9 cases of fracture of the thoracic vertebra, accounting for 18%, and 3 cases of fracture of the sternum, accounting for 6%. The patients with fracture of the ribs were mostly near the axillary margin, focusing on the 4~7 ribs. Conclusion The diagnosis of thoracic trauma patients with 16-slice spiral CT has high accuracy and significant value.
