冠状动脉多层螺旋CT检查技术及价值初步探讨

A preliminary study on the technique and value of multi-slice spiral CT in coronary artery

目的:探讨冠状动脉多层螺旋CT检查技术在临床心绞痛患者群体中的应用价值。方法:将我院收治的120例心绞痛患者选做研究对象,行冠状动脉多层螺旋CT检查,并分析检查结果。结果:本组入选的120例患者均行冠状动脉造影和多层螺旋CT检查,所有患者均未发生造影剂过敏,平均检查耗时17.00min。结论:冠状动脉多层螺旋CT对心绞痛患者具有良好的应用价值,适宜推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of coronary multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT) in patients with angina pectoris. Methods 120 patients with angina pectoris in our hospital were selected for coronary artery multi-slice spiral CT examination. Results All the 120 patients underwent coronary angiography and multi-slice spiral CT. Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has good application value in patients with angina pectoris and is suitable to be popularized.
