摘要
目的:探讨宝石能谱64排CT冠脉成像低剂量的临床应用效果。方法:抽取2015年8月—2017年10月本院120例行64层MSCT冠状动脉患者,仪器采用宝石能谱GE HD 750机,观察组行前瞻性门控横断面扫描,对照组行回顾性心电门控扫描,管电流均根据自动毫安量而定。采取1~5级评分法,对冠脉的13个主节段进行评估。结果:管电压相同下,观察组行前瞻性门控横断面扫描,平均有效射线剂量(2.65±0.95)mSv,对照组行回顾性心电门控扫描,平均有效射线剂量(17.29±2.85)mSv。结论:应用宝石能谱64排CT,低剂量下冠脉高清成像得以实现,在临床中能够大力实践、推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of low dose of 64 row CT coronary angiography with gemstone energy spectrum. Methods From August 2015 ~2017 October in our hospital 120 cases underwent 64 slice MSCT coronary artery patients, instrument by Gemstone spectral GE HD 750 machine, the observation group underwent prospective gated scan control group underwent retrospective ECG gated scanning tube current were determined automatically according to the amount of ma. 13 main segments of the coronary artery were evaluated by the 1~5 grade score. Results Under the same tube voltage, the observation group received a prospective gated cross-sectional scan with an average effective radiation dose(2.65±0.95) m Sv. The control group received a retrospective ECG gated scan, with an average effective dose of radiation(17.29±2.85) m Sv. Conclusion The application of gemstone 64 row CT, low dose coronary high definition imaging can be realized, in clinical practice and promotion.
