摘要
高血压性心脏病主要基于患者伴有持续性高血压,进而导致其相关机体功能障碍和心脏结构病变。因此,提高对高血压性心脏病患者心肌运动的了解有助于其临床诊疗,提高整体工作质量。当前,随着医学技术不断变革,超声成像技术于高血压性心肌运动区域发挥着不可忽视的作用。其中,三维斑点追踪成像技术有效提示高血压性心脏病患者心肌整体及局部三维立体运动改变,具有相对较高临床应用价值。
Hypertensive heart disease is mainly based on patients with persistent hypertension, which leads to the related body dysfunction and cardiac structural changes. Therefore, it is helpful to improve the understanding of myocardial movement in patients with hypertensive heart disease and improve the overall quality of work. Nowadays, with the continuous change of medical technology, ultrasonic imaging technology plays an important role in hypertensive cardiomyopathy. Among them, the 3d speckle tracking imaging technique is effective in indicating the changes of cardiac muscle mass and local 3d stereoscopic movement in patients with hypertensive heart disease with relatively high clinical value.
