医学超声影像学技术在肾移植围术期的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 对于终末期肾病的治疗,在条件允许的情况下,可以采用肾移植手术的方法治疗。终末期肾病患者,体内长期堆积有害的代谢产物,对身体其它器官均有着不良影响,例如心脏功能的衰退或形态的改变,进而使患者肾移植手术围术期风险增加。为了有效应对此类问题,采用医学超声影像学技术,提供一种有效、准确、无创、安全的监测和检查方法,在肾移植围术期不同阶段,对患者心功能状态监测与评估,从而为临床治疗提供依据。 For the treatment of end-stage nephropathy, kidney transplantation can be used when conditions permit. In patients with end-stage nephropathy, the long-term accumulation of harmful metabolites has adverse effects on other organs of the body, such as the deterioration of heart function or changes in morphology, which increase the risk of kidney transplantation surgery. In order to deal with this problem effectively, medical ultrasound imaging technology is used to provide an effective, accurate, noninvasive and safe monitoring and examination method to monitor and evaluate the cardiac function of patients during different stages of renal transplantation, thus providing evidence for clinical treatment
