摘要 目的:研究构建股骨髋臼撞击综合征的三维有限元模型,并与正常髋关节比较,通过三维有限元分析探讨其关节应力分布的变化。方法:建立正常髋关节三维有限元模型+不同梯度股骨头包裹模型,分析股骨髋臼撞击综合征的关节内构建的力学环境,进一步了解其病理力学特点。结果与结论:基于CT数据准确构建了包含关节软骨的正常髋关节和股骨髋臼撞击综合征髋关节三维有限元力学分析模型。 Objective To study the three-dimensional finite element model of femoral acetabular impingement syndrome. Methods The mechanical environment of the intra-articular construction of femoral acetabular impingement syndrome was analyzed to further understand its pathological mechanical characteristics. Results and Conclusion Based on the CT data, a three-dimensional finite element mechanical analysis model of hip joints including normal articular cartilage and femur acetabular impingement syndrome was accurately constructed.
