Comparison of MRI sequences in diagnosis of rotator cuff injury

目的:研究分析MRI不同序列对肩袖损伤诊断价值的比较。方法:选取我院收治的25例肩袖损伤患者为研究对象,应用MRI不同序列进行检查,根据图像质量比较分析不同序列的检出率,进行记录后分析,判断临床价值。结果:25例患者中,冈上肌腱损伤患者为19例次,4例次为水肿,6例次冈下肌腱损伤。PDW_SPAIR肩袖损伤诊断优患者为21例,良好患者为4例,肩袖损伤临床诊断价值较高。结论:MRI不同序列对肩袖损伤临床诊断价值不同,不同信号差异可对患者不同的病理特征进行反应,PDW_SPAIR序列诊断损伤结果良好。

Objective To study and analyze the value of different MRI sequences in diagnosis of rotator cuff injury. Methods 25 patients with rotator cuff injury treated in our hospital were selected and examined with different MRI sequences. According to the comparison of image quality, the detectable rate of different sequences was analyzed, and the clinical value was evaluated after recording. Results In 25 patients, There were 19 cases of supraspinatus tendon injury, 4 cases of edema, 6 cases of inferior tendon injury. PDWSPAIR rotator cuff injury in 21 cases, good in 4 cases, the value of clinical diagnosis of rotator cuff injury was higher. Conclusion Different sequences of Mr imaging are useful in diagnosis of rotator cuff injury. The clinical diagnostic value of rotator cuff injury was different. Different signal differences could respond to different pathological characteristics of patients.
