彩色多普勒超声在肝脏囊性占位性病变的鉴别诊断

CDFI Differential for Diagnosis on Liver Cystic Space-occupying Change

目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在肝脏囊性占位性病变的鉴别诊断价值。方法:对2015年1月—2017年7月在眉山市人民医院门诊及住院诊断的88例肝脏囊性占位病变患者进行彩色多普勒超声检查,应用低频及高频超声相结合,做二维及彩色血流显现实时动态扫查,并结合临床症状及螺旋CT、核磁共振检查,术后病理结果进行诊断。结果:有肝囊肿32例,肝包虫性囊肿11例,肝脓肿12例,肝血管瘤5例,肝脏转移瘤囊性变13例,胆管囊肿(包括先天性胆管囊肿)8例,肝内门静脉肝静脉瘘3例,原发性肝脏恶性肿瘤囊性变2例,肝外伤性囊肿2例。结论:肝脏囊性占位病变是多种疾病的声像表现,彩色多普勒超声对肝脏囊性占位性病变的诊断和鉴别诊断有很大价值,对患者和临床医生的确诊帮助较大。

Objective To investigate the value of color doppler flow imaging in the differential diagnosis of hepatic cystic occupyinglesions.Methods From January 2015 to July 2017, diagnosis of 88 cases of liver cystic lesions occupied with color doppler ultrasound examination, which form Meishan people's hospital outpatient and hospitalized patients, while with application of low frequency and high frequency ultrasound, combined of two-dimensional and color doppler real-time dynamic scan, and combined with clinical symptoms and spiral CT, MRI, postoperative pathological results to diagnosis. Results 32 cases of liver cyst, 11 cases of liver hydatid cysts, 12 cases of liver abscess, 5 cases of liver hemangioma, 13 cases of liver metastases cystic change, 8 cases of bile duct cyst(including congenital bile duct cysts), 3 cases of IPSVS,2 cases of primary malignant liver tumor cystic change,2 cases of liver traumatic cyst. Conclusion Liver cystic lesions occupied it is a variety of audio and video performance on diseases, CDFI has a great value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of liver cystic space-occupying change and great help for patients and clinicians.
