二维斑点追踪技术定量分析左室心肌纵向分层应变的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究二维斑点追踪技术定量分析左室心肌纵向分层应变的临床。方法:选取2015年1月—2017年8月期间收治的80例患者,每组患者为40例,按照性别分为女性组和男性组,对比两组患者的心尖段、中间段、基底段的心肌收缩能力变化程度。结果:男性组和女性组的心内膜下心肌分别为(-23.4±2.6)、(-26.8±2.8)中层心肌分别为(-20.4±2.4)、(-22.5±2.7)心外膜下心肌分别为(-17.5±2.8)、(-19.4±2.4),女性组患者的心尖段、中间段、基底段的心肌收缩能力变化高于男性组,对比显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二维斑点追踪技术定量分析左室心肌纵向分层应变反映出男性左室心肌纵向分层低于女性。
