彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断妇产科急腹症方面的价值

The value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and Gynecology

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断妇产科急腹症方面的价值。方法:回顾分析选取妇产科2017年9月—2018年2月收治的急腹症患者300例,按照随机表法均分两组,各150例。予以对照组经腹超声检查,予以观察组经阴道超声检查,观察对比两组诊断准确率差异。结果:观察组诊断准确率为92%,高于对照组,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断妇产科急腹症中,具有较高的诊断准确率。

Objective To explore the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 300 cases of acute abdomen in 2017.9-2018.2 were reviewed and analyzed. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random table method, each 150 cases. The control group was examined by abdominal ultrasound, and the observation group was examined by transvaginal ultrasound, and the difference of accuracy rate between the two groups was observed and compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was 92%, which was higher than that of the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion The transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has a high diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.
