摘要 目的:对MRI检查在乳腺肿瘤疾病诊断中的应用价值进行研究。方法:选取我院自2015年1月—2016年1月收治的108例疑似乳腺肿瘤疾病患者作为研究对象,患者术前均经MR动态扫描与DWI检查,与手术病理检查结果进行对比,以对MRI检查在患者疾病诊断中价值作用进行总结分析。结果:与手术病理相比,MR动态增强扫描检查进行患者疾病诊断的准确率为75.9%,DWI表观扩散系数诊断准确率为77.8%,而两种方式联合诊断准确率为94.4%,三者相比联合检查诊断准确率明显较高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:MRI检查进行乳腺肿瘤疾病诊断的准确率相对较高,临床诊断应用价值十分显著。 Objective To study the value of MRI in the diagnosis of breast tumor diseases. Methods 108 patients with suspected breast tumor diseases from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object. all the patients were examined by Mr dynamic scanning and DWI before operation, and compared with the results of surgical and pathological examination, so as to summarize and analyze the value of MRI in the diagnosis of the disease. Results Compared with surgical pathology, the diagnostic accuracy of dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI was 75.9%, the diagnostic accuracy of DWI apparent diffusion coefficient was 77.8%, and the diagnostic accuracy of combination of the two methods was 94.4%. the diagnostic accuracy of combination of the three methods was significantly higher, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion MRI examination for breast tumor disease diagnosis accuracy is relatively high, clinical diagnostic value is very significant.
