摘要
目的:研究与分析腹腔镜胃癌手术与开腹手术对患者凝血功能影响。方法:本院采取随机的原则选取来我院需要采取腹腔镜胃癌手术与开腹手术的患者32例,根据患者采取的手术类型分为腹腔镜组与开腹手术组,每组各16例。其中腹腔镜组患者采取腹腔镜胃癌手术治疗,而开腹手术组患者采取开腹手术治疗,除此之外,还采取INR法来计算凝血酶原国际标准化值。结果:两组患者在手术结束后以及手术24h后的活化部分凝血活酶时间以及凝血酶原国际标准化值等指标与术前差异不明显。但术后的24h之后的凝血酶原时间与手术之前具有显著差异。另外两组患者手术后24h的纤维蛋白原以及D-二聚体的含量等情况显著高于手术前,且两组之间具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组手术方法均会使得患者的血液呈现高凝的状态,对腹腔镜手术患者的凝血功能影响更大,需要在手术前采取预防措施。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery and laparotomy on the blood coagulation function of patients. Methods The patients were divided into laparoscopic group(16 cases) and open operation group(16 cases) according to the type of operation. The patients in the laparoscopic group were treated with laparoscopic gastric cancer surgery, and the patients in the open operation group were treated with open surgery. INR method was also used to calculate the international standardized value of prothrombin. Results The activated partial thromboplastin time after operation and 24 hours after operation was calculated in both groups.There was no significant difference in prothrombin values between the two groups, but the prothrombin time after 24 hours after operation was significantly different from that before operation. The fibrinogen and D-2 in the other two groups were significantly different 24 hours after operation. The content of polymer was significantly higher than that before operation. There was statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The two groups of surgical methods can make the blood of patients appear hypercoagulable, and have more influence on the coagulation function of the patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery, so it is necessary to take preventive measures before the operation.
