SPECT肾动态显像在原发性高血压早期肾损害筛查中的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨单光子发射计算机化体层显像术(SPECT)肾动态显像对原发性高血压(EN)早期肾损害筛查的应用价值。方法:对70例临床上确诊为原发性高血压的患者行肾动态显像,测定肾功能参数:各段峰值、峰时、半排时间,以及用Gate's法测定肾小球滤过率(GFR)。同期检测患者血清胱抑素C、血尿素氮、血肌酐、24小时尿蛋白。结果:原发性高血压早期肾损害患者的筛查中,GFR测定比单纯的生化检测阳性率高,而结合肾动态显像其阳性率更高(P<0.05)。结论:对原发性高血压早期肾损害的筛查,SPECT肾动态显像+GFR测定阳性率高,具有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To evaluate the predictive value of the SPECT renal dynamic image in the determination of erarly renal functional damage of essential hypertension(EH).Methods Seventy cases with EH selected.ALL of them underwent renal scintigraphy.During the study,peak value,time-to-peak,half clearance of time and the Gate's method were used to study the(glomerulus filtration rate)GFR,simultaneously,Cysc,BUN,Scr,24 hour urine protein, minim albumin were detected.Results The GFR measurement by SPECT in EH had higher positive rate in determination of early renal damage than the pure chemistry examines,combined with SPECT renal dynamic image could further improve the positive rate.Conclusion To evaluate the renal function the SPECT early injured renal dynamic image combined with the GFR measurement can accurately express the renal function damage.
