近视患者黄斑区及周围脉络膜厚度的研究

摘要 目的:近视患者黄斑区及周围脉络膜厚度与正视眼的对比性研究与分析。方法:以我院眼科接诊的50例中高度近视患者构筑研究组,以同期来我院眼科检查的50例健康志愿者构筑参照组。针对两组研究对象均实施基于Topcon扫频源oct影像学扫描检查技术的脉络膜测厚检查处置,观察比较两组的检查结果。结果:研究组的各测量点位的脉络膜厚度值测量结果均明显低于参照组。结论:基于Topcon扫频源的oct影像学检查技术在中高度近视患者群体中的运用,能够直观揭示中高度近视患者在脉络膜组织厚度层面的变化,相关研究经验适合临床推广。
