摘要
肿瘤严重威胁着人民的生命安全,使医学生掌握好临床肿瘤学是防治肿瘤的重要内容。目前临床肿瘤学教学面临着课时少、授课内容不深入、授课方法单一、传统等问题,在社会快速发展的今天,应对教育教学改革,采用多种教学模式相结合的教学法对改善目前的教学问题有重要的意义。传统的LBL教学法在教学中有重要的地位,但是存在学生主动性低的缺点,而PBL教学法、CBL教学法则具有调动学生主动性,使教学更生动、形象的优点;应用互联网、微信平台,分享肿瘤防治的信息,及时答疑解惑,是课下肿瘤学习的好方法。每种教学方法都有其利弊,单一的教学方法很难满足实际教学工作的需要,将几种教学方法结合在临床肿瘤学的教学中将更适合目前的学生、社会,适应教育改革的要求。
Tumor is a serious threat to the life safety of people, and it is important for medical students to master the clinical oncology. The current clinical oncology teaching faces many problem, for example, less teaching times, less teaching content, simple teaching methods. With the rapid society development today, the education reform should adopt various teaching methods, teaching method combining has important significance to improve the teaching problems. The traditional LBL teaching method has an important position in teaching, but has the disadvantages of low student initiative. PBL and CBL teaching method could arise the students' initiative and make teaching more vivid. The Internet and We Chat share platform could rapidly share tumor prevention informations, timely answering questions, that is good for tumor learning after class. Each teaching method has its advantages and disadvantages. Single teaching method is difficult to meet the needs of practical teaching. Combining several teaching methods in clinical oncology teaching will be more suitable for the current students and society to adapt to the requirements of educational reform.
