小儿胸部DR摄影的应用探讨

目的:研究小儿胸部数字X线摄影(DR)方法。DR)方法。方法:本次研究对象96例均为2016年1月至2017年1月本次研究对象于这期间我院进行胸部DR摄影患儿,使用计算机随机的方式分成研究组和对照组,每组患儿48例,其中对照组患儿采取常规摄影法,研究组患儿实行影像质量控制,比较两组患儿DR胸片质量。结果:对两组患儿DR胸片的一级、二级、三级以及废片进行对比,其中研究组一级片45例,二级片3例,无三级片及废片,一级片率93.8%;对照组一级片37例,二级片9例,三级片2例,一级片率77.1%;研究组患儿一级片率明显的高于对照组患儿,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论:小儿胸部DR进行有效的影像质量控制可显著提高DR胸片一级片率,具有较好的临床应用及推广价值。

Objectivee To study and research the method of children's chest digital radiography(DR).Methods Methods Selected 96 children who did digital chest radiography in our hospital from 2016 January to 2017 January as research object.They were randomly divided into study group and control group,with 48 cases in each group,control group taken conventional exposure method,study group used quality control,compared two groups DR chest film quality.y group used quality control,compared two groups DR chest film quality.Results Results Evaluated two groups' DR chest level A,level B,level C and waste film by use of class A evaluation standard,study group had 45 cases level A film,3 cases of level B,without class C and waste film, the rate of class A was 93.8%. There were 37 cases class A film in control group,9 class B film and 2 case of class C film,without of waste film, the rate of class A was 77.1%,research geoup's DR chest level piece rate was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance. h statistical significance. Conclusion Conclusion Pediatric chest digital radiography(DR) can effective control class A level piece rate of DR chest,it has clinical application and popularization value.
