经阴道超声诊断宫腔粘连的临床探讨

The clinical study of transvaginal sonography in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions

目的:探讨经阴道超声诊断宫腔粘连的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的85例疑似宫腔粘连患者,纳入时间为2015年6月至2017年6月。分别对患者进行二维、三维超声检查和宫腔镜检查,比较临床诊断结果。结果:以宫腔镜诊断结果为金标准,二维超声诊断宫腔粘连的灵敏度为79.2%、特异性为38.5%、准确率为72.9%;三维超声的灵敏度为88.9%、特异性为69.2%、准确率为85.9%。对比差异不大(P>0.05)。二维+三维联合诊断宫腔粘连的灵敏度为97.2%、特异性为92.3%、准确率为96.5%;且检出宫腔粘连轻度比例为44.7%,高于二维超声诊断的29.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道超声诊断宫腔粘连具有良好效果,其中二维+三维联合诊断能提高准确率,为临床治疗和预后评估提供科学依据。

Objective Objective To investigate the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions.. Methods Methods 85 cases of suspected intrauterine adhesions in our hospital were selected from June 2015 to June 2017. Two dimensional, three dimensional ultrasound and hysteroscopy were performed to compare the clinical diagnosis results. The sensitivity of the two-dimensional and three-dimensional combined diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions was 97.2%, the specificity was 92.3%, the accuracy was 96.5%, and the mild proportion of the intrauterine adhesions was 44.7%, which was higher than that of the two-dimensional ultrasound(29.4%). The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). < 0.05). Conclusion Conclusion The diagnosis of intrauterine adhesions by transvaginal ultrasound is of good effect. The combination of two-dimensional and three-dimensional diagnosis can improve the accuracy and provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
