经阴道高频彩超诊断子宫内膜病变的临床价值

Clinical value of Transvaginal High Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions

目的:探究子宫内膜病变采用经阴道高频彩超的诊断价值。方法:选取本院2015年3月—2017年8月收选取本院治的83例疑似子宫内膜病变患者,全部患者都接受阴道高频彩超、腹部彩超与病理检查,分别作为观察1组、观察2组、对照组,并对检查结果进行比较。结果:83例患者确诊子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增长过长、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜癌以及正常子宫内膜分别有16例、25例、8例、19例、15例;观察1组与对照组在子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增长过长、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜癌以及正常子宫内膜方面的对比(P>0.05);观察2组与对照组在子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增长过长、黏膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜癌以及正常子宫内膜方面的对比(P<0.05)。结论:子宫内膜病变采用经阴道高频彩超的诊断价值显著,可提高诊断准确率,具有经济性、无创性以及操作简便等特点,为临床治疗提供有利参考。
