摘要 目的:分析1.5T磁共振在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中所选用的序列及价值,以期为乳腺疾病的筛查及诊断提供有价值的临床思路。方法:选取临床筛检怀疑乳腺病变患者,均行乳腺X线及乳腺超声检查发现可疑病灶后行乳腺MRI检查,评估1.5T磁共振成像技术在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中的应用价值。结果:增强后的形态学特征标准中敏感度和特异度为78.5%、79.4%,TIC曲线的敏感度较高而特异度低;随着b值的逐渐增大,良、恶性病变的ADC值均呈下降趋势;波普成像结果的敏感性和特异性均较高。结论:1.5T磁共振成像技术在乳腺良恶性病变诊断中具有较高的应用价值,可用于继乳腺X线及乳腺B超筛检后的进一步临床确诊。 Objective To analyze the sequence and value of 1.5T magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, in order to provide valuable clinical thinking for screening and diagnosis of breast diseases. Methods Breast cancer patients suspected of breast lesions were screened by mammography and breast ultrasound. Then MRI scan was performed to evaluate the diagnostic value of 1.5T MRI in benign and malignant breast lesions. s performed to evaluate the diagnostic value of 1.5T MRI in benign and malignant breast lesions. Results Results The sensitivity and specificity of the morphological characteristics of the enhanced standard for 78.5%, 79.4%, TIC curve of high sensitivity and low specificity; with the increasing of B value, ADC value of benign and malignant lesions showed a downward trend; higher pop imaging results of sensitivity and specificity. r pop imaging results of sensitivity and specificity. Conclusion Conclusion 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging has high application value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions, which can be used for further clinical diagnosis after breast X-ray and B-mode ultrasound screening.
